UK Returns Policy
We offer a 28 day exchange/refund policy within our retail stores at the managements discretion. All retail sales final after 28 days.
Mail Order Returns
We at Drop Zone are committed to providing you with the best quality service we can. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase simply return your Internet purchase items to us, at your cost, within 28 days from the date on top of your receipt.
We advise that all returns are sent via a signature on receipt service. We take no responsibility for any goods that are damaged or lost in the post, whilst being returned to us.
Please write a brief note explaining the goods are unsuitable. Provided the goods are unused and with original tags and labels, we will refund cost of goods. We will not refund goods without receipts.
All sales final after 28 days!
All "Mail Order" goods returned to us after 28 days will not be refunded, we will hold the item for you, either for collection or redelivery. Redelivery will incur a standard rate postal charge. We will hold goods for 6 months, after this time we will dispose of goods and donate money to charity.
Exchanges
Please follow the returns policy on the reverse of the receipt that you received with the goods. Please follow the above procedure, but include a simple note, including the goods you wish exchanged, and what for. An appropriate postage charge will be applicable.
Receipt
Please include proof of purchase with any returns or exchanges, without this we are unable to process your request.
Warranties
We offer a 6 months guarantee on all products sold for workmanship and quality, based on customer fair ware and tear. All goods should be returned to us clean and laundered with a note explaining faults on goods with copy of receipt.
Please provide prrof of purchase, this can be order No or a copy of your bank/credit card statement.

Goods altered by the customer
Specially personalized goods
Climbing equipment
Gas products
Items misused or abused
Any soiled goods
Zips, buckles, straps and buttons.
If goods are found to be faulty on our inspection we will free replace, and refund all reasonable postage costs incurred by customer. International customers we will refund postage up to the cost of no more than original shipping charges. We are not liable for any import duties on any order or return.
